We acquired this 3D printer at a public auction along with other music gear we actually needed. Unfortunately, we were never able to fully integrate it into our workflow due to us being an Apple Mac-only environment. While we were able to find more information, drivers, and software online, most of the available resources are geared toward Windows systems.

While drivers and software are available, they require running older macOS versions such as Mavericks, Yosemite, or El Capitan. We are currently operating on the latest macOS (Tahoe) for security reasons, so we chose not to downgrade our system just to run this unit.

The printer itself powers on and runs properly — we tested it carefully. It also has the latest firmware installed (version 1.07).

Please note: the cartridge/filament may need replacement, as it has likely been sitting in storage for a long time and these can become brittle over time. We did not attempt to replace it or run a full print, as it’s outside our scope.

This is from a San Diego-based company and could be a great opportunity for parts, repair, or for enthusiasts familiar with these systems. Originally priced at over $1,000, this is a solid deal for the right buyer.
