We are looking for a dependable, thoughtful part-time nanny to care for our daughter, Aurora, a bright and curious toddler (around 2.5 years old). This role is focused on engaged, intentional care with an emphasis on learning through play, conversation, and routine.

Schedule & Pay
• Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00am to 1:00pm
• Ends around nap time
• $20/hour, paid reliably and on time

About Aurora
Aurora is verbal, observant, and enjoys books, music, puzzles, hands-on activities, and outdoor time. She responds well to calm guidance, consistency, and a predictable rhythm to the day. Reading is a big part of her routine, especially leading into nap time.

Responsibilities
• Engaged, age-appropriate play and learning activities
• Reading books together daily
• Talking, singing, and interactive engagement
• Preparing simple meals and snacks
• Diapering and basic hygiene
• Putting her down for her nap (reading, settling, sleep routine)
• Light tidying related to the child only

Ideal Candidate
• Experience with toddlers
• Calm, attentive, and emotionally steady
• Comfortable leading a simple, consistent routine
• Enjoys reading and spending focused time with a child
• Reliable and punctual
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Location
San Diego. Preference for someone local with a consistent commute.
