I am a licensed cleaning business in San Diego currently looking to hire an experienced Airbnb cleaner to join my team immediately.
This position is ideal for a professional cleaner who understands Airbnb standards and can consistently deliver hotel-style results, especially with bed presentation.
Requirements (must have):
• Proven experience cleaning Airbnb / short-term rentals
• Ability to make beds hotel-style (tight sheets, clean presentation)
• Valid California ID
• Active business license
• Business bank account
• Your own cleaning supplies & equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Professional communication & punctuality
Work Details:
• Locations: La Jolla, Point Loma, Mission Bay
• Start time: 11:00 AM
• Units must be guest-ready by 3:00 PM
• Pay range: $100 – $250 per unit (based on size & scope)
• Weekly payments
• I carry business insurance
• Ongoing work available for the right person
