Need to make space so the ZHP is being offered up to find a new stable to call home.
Purchased from a BMW tech in 2020 and driven approx 4k miles annually since (not a DD). I jumped on this when I saw it listed and drove up same day to bring it home. Here’s the listing advert when purchased:

The paint shows exceptionally well with the ceramic coating that makes water slip off the surface (very hydrophobic). And the interior condition belies actual mileage; this car must have been garaged its entire life. The extensive maint list does what I call ‘getting it over the hump’ of 100k+ miles so I do not anticipate this car needing any mechanical service anytime soon. All the brittle under hood plastics replaced, suspension is tight, never tossed a P code and always passed smog (will provide smog cert with title in hand). CARFAX showed a LR incident but I couldn’t see any indication when I got it so I pulled L taillight and found zero trauma in the light well behind tail light.
The only attention it could use is headliner is beginning to sag in the rear. Car comes with 2 keys, spare ‘door only’ key (no fob internals), full tool kit, dashcam, factory BMW E46 car cover + foldable BMW sun shield, and original window sticker with lots of receipts documenting most of the work done by PO. Just dropped $1k on new MPS4S tires and $600 on wheel refinishing (inner barrels spotless :-). Car also has Euro rear foglight button on headlight control panel and an aftermarket muffler (can’t tell from the inside when driving but has a nicer note on the outside). Windows tinted and also includes BMW all weather floor mats up front. Hood kidney grills have painted surround trim. Rear seats fold down + ski bag behind rear seat arm rest. Heated front seats as well.
I’ve owned a few E46 ZCP M3’s and the ZHP suspension/steering rack makes for a supreme driver; at times better than the M3. Hate to see it go but arranging for an inbound 2022 M5 Comp. No games and, yes, I recognize that this isn’t bargain priced. Replicating all the work done here on a budget ZHP would put the price tag well north of $20k. Willing to trade for Au or Ag only (spot less 4% and in person…and all offers only considered F2F).
