This Rav 4 was purchased new from the dealer and has been family-owned throughout its life. I am technically the second owner as the car was passed down from my grandmother, but I have retained the original purchase paperwork from Mossy Toyota here in Pacific Beach. Again, this Rav-4 has been meticulously maintained by taking it for synthetic oil changes every 5k miles.
In addition, four new Michelin tires were installed at Discount Tire in July, 2024 when the odometer was at 30k miles. These tires have only about 13k miles on them, so they have a ton of life on them still and are warrantied by Discount Tire out to 80k miles. I have all of the documentation for all maintenance (all oil changes), the tire install, and all original purchase and Toyota branded documents/manuals that came with the car.
This car has never been in an accident and has a clean title (which I have in hand). The car has been completely insured and registered throughout its ownership, recently passed smog, and is registered through the next registration year.
AC works perfect and all electronic components are working perfect including Bluetooth audio. The interior is in excellent condition and the AC blows cold as ice.
