As a team member in our Customer Care Center, you will assist customers with requests ranging from scheduling appointments to the sale of additional or bundled products. By providing information, options, and an unbeatable level of service you’ll make customers happy—today and going forward.
The minimum requirements for the Video Repair Representative are:
*Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
*High School Diploma or GED
Preferred qualifications for the Video Repair Representative are:
*6 months or more customer service experience
*1 year or more working with computers and multiple software applications preferred
*6 months or more in a customer service/call center job preferred but not required
Please note: We are looking for people who are available to work any shift. Some shifts can end as late as 2 AM or later, including Saturday or Sunday.
Our new hire classes starts at $15.00 an hour! This is for a full-time position.
• $.75 more an hour: 2nd shift is 11am-1:59 pm.
• $1.50 more an hour: 3rd shift is 2:00pm-4:59am.
Weekend Premium Pay:
• Shifts that consist of 1 weekend day will receive a $2 per hour premium for hours worked on one weekend day.
• Shifts that consist of 2 weekend days will receive a $2.50 per hour premium for hours worked on both weekend days
