High End Couture Dry Cleaner is looking for a Full Time High-End Garment/Textile Specialist for our La Jolla store. The successful candidate for this position has 3 plus years of Customer Service experience and preferably in the Dry Cleaning or retail Industry. He or she is an articulate communicator, someone who is calm and genuine, a problem solver, team player, and loves working with people.
We are a family run business that provides high-end garment cleaning, handbag and leather cleaning, wedding gowns, etc. We’ve been a family run business for four generations and treating our team as a business family has resulted in an incredibly low staff turnover among our 80 plus SoCal employees. RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Staffing the sales counter
-Managing Customer Issues
-Answering customer questions
-Describing our services and pricing
-Ticketing and Pricing
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be a Team Player
-Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
-Great Attention to detail
-Must be Computer Literate
-Working schedule is 5 days a week including Saturday’s.
-Must be able to work until 6:00PM
