About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to clients and customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating positive customer experiences. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner

Assist customers with orders, account questions, and service information

Resolve issues by providing accurate information and escalating when necessary

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Provide support during peak business periods and special projects

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications, business, or related fields is a plus

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (training provided)

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure

A positive, problem-solving attitude and genuine interest in helping others

Reliable computer, internet access, and phone for remote communication (if applicable)
