► Free State Licensing Classes and renewal of license: The state that you live in requires for you to be licensed before starting a career in the insurance Industry. The pre-licensing education requirement for a Life-Only Agent and Accident and Health Agent applicant consists of the current 40-hour pre-licensing course that is product specific and a 12-hour pre-licensing course on code and ethics. Therefore, there is a 52-hour pre-licensing requirement for the license. We will pay for the 52-hour pre-licensing requirement all you have to invest in is the state license fee, exam and fingerprints. Also every 2 years there is a state renewal fee to keep your license active and we also pay for the renewal fee.

► Compensation + Bonuses: In the insurance industry most companies will start you at 25% to 55% and cap you at 110% so they can keep more of your commissions. We start our agents at (80% non-licensed, 90% licensed, and 95% - 110% if you can show proof of production) our compensation goes up to 140%. Insurance Agents can earn up to 2% additional commission on their annual production and 8% every 6 months with a insurance company that you will have access to.
