This is first floor only with the existing garage slab and 7" wide foundation already in place.
The architecture plans are already complete and available.
The original property floorplan is attached and the architectural .dwg will be available to you for the new design of the garage conversion.
This is the standard Clairemont duplex style in Clairemont.
The architecture plans have already been preliminary reviewed by the City Planner so this is just a simple cookie-cutter structure engineering gig.
Looking for structural engineering to be done this week by Friday.
Payment is a flat fee of $1500 and payment may be submitted via your choice of check, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
