Looking for an experienced Airtable developer to help build and maintain a custom database application for a small services business. We have a few application to do of increasng complexity.
What you'll be working on:
Building and modifying tables, fields, and linked records
Creating automations (triggered emails, record updates, checkbox workflows)
Writing Airtable scripting extension scripts (JavaScript)
Connecting Airtable data to PDF form filling workflows
Troubleshooting existing automations and field configurations
Skills needed:
Solid Airtable experience — tables, linked records, lookups, rollups, formulas
Airtable Automations — triggers, conditions, Send Email action, Run Script action
JavaScript for Airtable scripting extensions
Familiarity with Airtable's API and personal access tokens
Bonus: experience with PDF form filling or browser-based JS (pdf-lib)
About the work:
Small ongoing project, mostly remote. Work is task-based — you'll be given specific things to build or fix and paid per task or hourly. Good communication and ability to explain what you're doing in plain English is a must.
