Our company has recently reopened and is expanding quickly. We are beginning work on a $1.5M residential remodel project with several additional projects already lined up. We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafting Specialist to join our growing team and help us begin the training for our drafting process.
This position is open to all applicants and we are proud to support women pursuing careers in architecture, design, and construction industries. We work with elite clients who value our knowledgeable and professional team.
Our current client is a successful female developer in the Beverly Hills area who appreciates our dedication to building a strong, well-trained team in an industry where women are still seriously underrepresented.
About the Role
Drafting and design documentation for high-end residential projects.
Work with CAD-based modeling programs such as AutoCAD (or similar software).
Collaborate with our team on design and project development.
Our drafting needs are unique and do not focus on HVAC, framing, structural, or topographical drafting.
Preferred Experience
AutoCAD or similar CAD modeling software
Architecture, design, construction, or engineering knowledge
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
