Please Help I think my cat was stolen (Catalina Blvd)

I live on Catalina Blvd and I think someone stole my cat. He is a 10 month old boy with fluffy white and grey markings with bright blue eyes !
I am devastated i miss my sweet boy 😞
His name is Ozzy and he responds to his name, he did not have his collar on and frequently went outside to play and has not come in for breakfast or dinner.
Please if you know anything or have seen him call or text me.
If you have my cat please return him he is not lost he has lived in Ocean Beach his whole life.
Someone has taken one of my cats before and luckily they left a note and I was able to get him back but I haven’t received anything like that at all.
