condition: like new
make / manufacturer: Rosenthal Germany
German table set of Rosenthal porcelain, model Sanssouci “Grey Rose” (decorated flowers series), with gold border and gilt details.

These are collections often sold at auctions and this one, although old is in mint condition. Some of its items can still be looked up at https://Rosenthal.com. The set was initially intended for 6 people, but now contains 53 pieces, mostly originals from about 1965 supplemented by a few additional or replacement pieces purchased later:

7 large dinner plates; 8 large soup plates; 1 soup bowl; 1 sauce bowl with attached plate; 2 dough plates with handles;
9 mid-sized dessert plates; 6 tea cups with saucers; 1 tea caraffe; 1 sugar bowl with lid; 1 milk jug; 1 butter plate with cover;
1 casserole plate; 2 slicing plates with handles, 14" and 13" long. One large plate (14 x 12.5 "); 1 square vegetable (?) plate. 6 very small saucers
Experts may laugh at my lay terminology.
