Vintage AN/GRC-9 field radio set were originally manufactured starting in 1945. Many were built under license in France and Germany.
These were often used as a mobile base or mounted in a Jeep.

This one is missing a couple of parts so it is non operational.
These were used extensively in Korea and later in early Vietnam. As far as I know, the ones I have were only used in the states, but I do not know that for sure.
The electrical condition is unknown. Some Tubes for the transmitter seem to all be missing The Receiver seems to be complete.
I only used it as a static display, but it has been in storage for over Fifty years.
I do not have any accessories for this one and it is showing some weathering as this one did not have a cover. It probably could be cleaned up pretty easy.
These have extensive history that is ready ably available online.
These are high valued collector items when complete, but I am selling this one pretty cheap as it is incomplete.
People still use these things.
