Vintage Snoopy/Peanuts Watch - $40 (La Mesa)

This is a Snoopy as the Red Baron watch from the 60's. It is not working. I took it to a watch repair and they said it is fixable but I just need a special order part. The best way I think to handle this is to buy or get another one of these watches that doesn't work either, and then between the two, Frankenstein them so that one works perfect and the other is a parts donor. Working and in good condition I've seen these listed for as much as $300 if the goal is to resell. If you are a Peanuts collector then it doesn't matter - you'll have a fully functional collectors item.
