RARE & ORIGINAL 1940's 1950s DOUBLE SIDED HEAVY STEEL LEE TIRES SIGN - $375 (HEMET, CALIF.)

First off I want to guarantee this sign to be very Old & Original, and it measures 29 1/2 inches long X 17 inches wide and at the bottom it states property of Lee Tires..... Both sides of this sign seems to have been affected by the weather as I'm sure this sign hung outside....One side seems to be pretty OK, but the other side seems to have more damage......but then again I never Cleaned up this sign, so it should clean up better...and there is no dents, but I do see some peeling paint on the sign, and the many pictures help show the condition of the sign......
To avoid shipping charges the new owner is welcome to pick up this sign at my home in Hemet, Calif or if that's not possible, the new owner will pay shipping charges of $35.85 within the lower 48 states, with shipping charges to Canada and overseas to be determined after the listing...
