We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admissions Advisor & Recruiter to help grow our student community. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has experience in sales and social media marketing, and is passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, engage, and guide prospective students through the admissions process.
Conduct outreach via phone, email, social media, and virtual meetings.
Develop and manage digital recruitment campaigns using social media platforms and paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Represent the university at events, webinars, and online information sessions.
Maintain accurate and organized student records and follow-up communication.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless student experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or admissions.
Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, punctual, and self-motivated.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet enrollment targets.
Passion for education, student success, and personal growth.
Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation
Base salary plus commission based on student enrollments and campaign performance.
