Brand new never used. Seat/Storage meant for boat 8-13' boat. This CL BOX from Highfield has an EVA top as well as a comfortable cushion. It is made of fibgerglass. I have one dark gray and one white. MSRP $950

As you can kind of see there is an angle to one side of the base that fits the contour of a small boat. This seat does not have a perfect rectangular flat footprint.
