Thanks for looking. This is a Steadyrack brand bike rack. They do not come with mounting hardware - you will need lag bolts or something pretty strong. These are great for hanging and then pivoting your bike - even locking it, just in case (provide your own lock). I have 4 of these. There are none of the plastic 'caps' that cover the mounting area, nor do I have the little part that sort of bumpers the rear tire. Buy two for $80 or all of them for $150, otherwise pretty firm on the price. Great for people with multiple bikes .
