Thanks for looking. This is a Steadyrack brand bike rack. They do not come with mounting hardware - you will need lag bolts or something pretty strong. These are great for hanging and then pivoting your bike - even locking it, just in case (provide your own lock). Only 1 is left of the four in the photos, sorry. There are none of the plastic 'caps' that cover the mounting area, nor do I have the little part that sort of bumpers the rear tire.
