I presently own a modified Fleming 50 Trawler with twin Cummins 555 engines, 2 staterooms and two full heads. I have owned the boat for 23 years. Due to a decrease in my income, I am looking for a 50% partner in the boat. I do not owe anything on the vessel and would not require a down payment from a new partner, just payment of slip fees and some minor costs with 50% of the costs buying down an interest free note for the purchase.
I am looking for an active knowledgeable user who likes to fish or cruise the Bay or take trips up the coast. This boat has been to Alaska and through the Panama Canal. I don't anticipate any trips out of San Diego-Catalina-LA area now, but the boat is capable of longer trips. I anticipate using it in San Diego and Mission Bay as well as fishing trips off the coast.
