Whole boat has gorgeous teak wood inside and out. The boat is ready for offshore but has been mainly used by us as a travel platform and condo for our family generating tons of bonvoy points and airline miles. We can demonstrate everything working but no sea trials or rides. This boat has a rich history of traveling offshore and to Mex putting a ton of tuna on the deck. Built to stay out for week plus with fuel and water maker.
Purchased 5 years ago and had full haul out survey done and engine surveys w/ engine oil analysis samples taken resurveyed 2 years ago after significant repairs and refurbished all systems to work and run.
Safety: Engine room fire suppression system, 4 fire ext, redundant radio systems, 6 person life raft, portable GPS w/ EPIRB, redundant navigation and radar.
Main focus has been on fuctionality and getting all systems serviceable again. Exterior could use more work ongoing.
Such a comfortable boat to stay on and offshore stability. If you don't know Egg Harbor boats do research on how great they were known to handle the east coast and west coast offshore weather. Thick well built boat known for being low and wide beam to ride nice in seas. The Detroit 671's are known to be strong, rebuildable and reliable. Parts are easy and cheap to get and find! Low fuel consumption at less that 1800 RPM can be a long distance. Excellent Liveaboard boat!
