This 1985 Catalina 30 is the most well kept and maintained sailboat in all of southern california. It is ready to go with an upgraded Electric Yacht engine to boost your knots on light wind days without the loud noise. Over $10k+ invested recently plus the already numerous upgrades. This boat has always had a biweekly top and bottom cleaning, keeping it in tip top condition. I have confirmed with the marina that the slip is transferable assuming 650+ credit, etc.
