10ft boat for fishing, tender, run about, etc - $2,000 (ocean beach)

I currently have a like new (2023) 9.9hp Yamaha outboard also for sale $2000.
This boat is a great all around boat, tender for larger boat or use for fishing out of or do runs to surf the point : ).
It has two rod holders for trolling or drifting and four more for storing rods mounted on the inside of the transom.
The inside decking is diamond eva foam and the seats are brushed eva foam, which is nice for non-slip, feels great on bare feet and easy to keep clean.
This boat also rows nicely. Nice new oars included.
Way better than a kayak for fishing the bay, kelp beds, etc!
I built this boat last year and bought a new 9.9hp Yamaha to go on it. I used the boat last summer for fishing and as a tender while cruising.
With two or three adults in the boat, it easily does 18 kts at wot. It is very stable both when drifting and underway.
This boat has much more room than any RIB or Inflatable boat of the same size and goes much faster/uses less gas.
The 9.9hp Yamaha weighs 87 lbs and can be handled by one person and very easy with two people.
The overall weight of the boat is 100 lbs (plus/minus). It is very easy to pull up on a beach or car top.
There are brackets on the sides of the boat that were for use as a tender. I will be removing those brackets before sale.
