Nice tropical cookbook with a variety of interesting recipes reflecting the many cultures of Mauritius. The cookbook has mainly color photos and includes BBQ and drink designs. It does have a sprinkling of foxing throughout but that's just part of the book's character and it's a great addition to any cookbook collection. Where is Mauritius? Just east of Mozambique.
