Pretty rare New Orleans cookbook with well-known restaurants, history, and their signature recipe. This 80-page paperback has some discoloration on the covers and sprinklings of foxing on the outer page edges as well has a bit inside but otherwise it's very useable and very interesting with historical sketches and photos. Great for Mardi-Gras, Carnival, and more.
