An epic work from the late 1950's, this book has its original dust cover with a library-like plastic cover, It's filled with lots of great recipes in an easy to read and manage format. The book's outer page edges have a sprinkling of foxing, also there's a few spots here and there. Most of the pages are the color of golden-brown baked filo dough but it's still a durable, interesting book.
