You can make cutting boards or bespoke furniture here.
We have a dedicated spray booth for finishing and painting.
Going on 5 years old this shop has done multiple cabinet builds, custom furniture, adventure vans and sculptures.
Shop rent would include access to:

The renter would need to be respectful of close up procedures. Clean up common spaces. Respect personal storage and labeled goods. Be easy to communicate with and demonstrate safe use of all tools.
This space has been a sacred space for makers and builders and hope to continue that tradition.
