Selling a small but powerful collection of original 1963 magazines published in the days and weeks following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. These are authentic vintage issues β€” not reprints β€” featuring some of the most iconic covers and photojournalism of the era.
Included in the lot:
- LIFE – November 29, 1963 (black‑border JFK portrait cover)
- LIFE – December 6, 1963 (Jacqueline, Caroline & John Jr. funeral procession cover) – two copies visible in your photos
- LIFE – JFK Memorial Edition (full biography + collected speeches)
- LOOK – December 3, 1963 (β€œThe President and His Son”)
- Saturday Evening Post – December 14, 1963 (β€œIn Memoriam: A Senseless Tragedy”)
These magazines capture the national shock, mourning, and historical record of November 1963. They’re excellent for collectors, decorators, teachers, or anyone preserving American history.
Condition:
Good vintage condition overall. Covers show normal age wear but present well. All pages intact.
