Deposit is $1,750.
6 month lease
Each unit has its own meters for gas and electricity.
There is a $30 credit check per adult that will be living in the apartment. This fee is paid upon approval and lease signing, not when you turn in the application.
Laundry onsite, street parking, metered power and gas.
If you come to the open house, bring: 1) application notes (like references and their #s), 2) pay stubs 3) bank statements WITH your name on the statement. This saves a lot of time.
Proof of income includes: pay stubs (recent), bank statements, and disability award letters
