The whole house was renovated in 2019 and it has AC & heating. The bedroom has a spacious closet with mirrored closet doors and a ceiling fan.
You will share a bathroom with 2 ladies (very important to clean after yourself after every use.)
The bedroom has a full size Murphy bed. You can fold it up against the wall for extra space.
You can use the kitchen, (Range. Refrigerator.) You must clean after yourself.
No additional pets allowed. One tenant already has a small dog.
There’s only ladies currently living in the home. Everyone is very nice and respectful but we all give each other our space and keep to ourselves. It’s a pretty chill home with no smoking or drugs allowed. It would be great for someone who works or studies full time and is not home a lot. Family members visit occasionally but not many visitors besides that. You can have access to the to front patio. Street parking only.
You must be ok with constant construction work on the backyard. Workers will be cleaning the backyard from previous demolition & trash. They will be building a small ADU attached to the back of the house. This work could be as much as every day from 7a-6p.
