In the Heart of Hillcrest- Walk two blocks to all of the shops and nightlife ! Walk with your dog one mile to beautiful Balboa Park. This is a large, stand alone, sunny studio plus, with cathedral ceilings and a 3 foot tall loft. No shared walls with noisy neighbors. This cottage doesn't come up on a rental listing very often. The double French doors open to a secure enclosed small patio and a narrow fenced side yard. One dedicated tenant off street parking space is included. Pardon our dust... as this space is currently being remodeled. The floors are tile and vinyl plank. Lots of light, there is a full sized kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, and a dining area. The bathroom is also full sized , and with a glass shower. This cottage is located in the rear of the front house. The front house is occupied by a professional health group, so after hours this small rear house is very quiet. A/C. No laundry on site. A cat, or well behaved (and quiet) dog will be considered. There is a $1000 security deposit, and if applicable a $15/mo pet rent charge. There will be an open house at 1-3pm on Sunday, August 10th. Please park on the street (or in the rear alley) and walk to the back of the yellow house in order to view.
