We just renovated the house including: new flooring and baseboards, fresh paint, a new electric fireplace, mini-split AC's in all rooms, and upgraded solid wood interior doors. Included is an almost new on-site washer, electric dryer, and tankless water heater. The U-shaped kitchen boasts a quality fridge, pantry, dishwasher, and gas range. The bathroom is on the smaller side but covers all of the basics. Both bedrooms have closets available and the larger of the two bedrooms has the door which leads out to the back patio area and pool. In the larger bedroom you'll also find attic access for supplemental storage accessible via a stair ladder. The star of this property is the large back yard and private pool. The pool has lighting that can change color, solar heating, and a small waterfall feature that makes hosting fun. Patio seating, volleyball net and a fire pit are included.
