This 1BR apartment looks across a terraced backyard to a thickly wooded canyon in a quiet neighborhood 1/4 mile from SDSU (Pic 1). It occupies the lower level of a house with a separate private entrance. (Pics 1, 2 & 3 for the entrances to the apartment). It is completely self-contained with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Pics 4-7 show the current living configuration, beginning with entering the bedroom, kitchen, and living room.
Rent is based on single person occupancy - double occupancy will be considered for one additional occupant and an additional $ amount. It includes utilities: gas, electric, water, high speed internet and the use of a washer and dryer on site. Parking is off street and usually available directly in front of the house. A 12-month lease is required, with opt out for either party - Landlord or the Lessee - with 30 days notice. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is needed to hold the apartment prior to the move in date - upon taking occupancy payment is required consisting of first and last month's rent, The initial deposit will convert to a security deposit. No pets are permitted in the apartment.
There is easy access to freeways 8, 15 and 805, close to College Avenue Shopping Center with a grocery store and restaurants etc. It is within walking distance of the Living Room cafe.
