Location:
• The house is in Lemon Grove off Adam St. and Washington St. 91945
• Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a school, skatepark, and library 2 blocks away.
The neighbors all have their morning walks, bike rides, and walk their dogs in front of our house.
About the Rooms:
• Currently, I have two beds available. One bed is upstairs for $800.00 + $100.00 non-refundable move in deposit, per month. The other bed I have available is for $700.00 + $100.00 non-refundable move in deposit. Please call Fred P. (HouseManager), at show contact info -or- Candy P. (House Owner) at show contact info .
• You get a single bed, a
nightstand, a dresser, and some closet space. The rooms are spacious
and comfortable so you have plenty of room.
About the House:
• The house features a detached game room with a pool table, darts,a small library, and board
games. A great place
to bring your friends to hang out or a good place if you just want to have your own space.
• Next to the game room we have two refrigerators and extra cabinet space.
• Washer and dryer in the garage you just have to supply your own laundry detergent.
Kitchen:
• Full kitchen with stove, oven, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, and all necessary pots,
pans, utensils, cups, and plates. We’re just low on Tupperware.
• You’ll have cabinet space and refrigerator space for your groceries.
• Outdoors: Three types of BBQs, it's a perfect setting space wise and set up wise to have a nice
size BBQ with your friends. We have tables and chairs and a swinging couch, an orange
tree, grapevines, an avocado tree, and a grapefruit tree. Most of the men who live here like to enjoy a cup of coffee and
some fruit from the backyard for breakfast.
• Everyone is friendly, with most in their mid-thirties. We all pitch in to cook dinners or
breakfasts a few times a month.
House Rules and Responsibilities:
• Independent sober living (For Men ONLY!). We have a curfew from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. If you want to spend Saturday and Sunday nights out, just get permission from Fred P., the house manager.
• We do random drug tests, we assign weekly chores to keep the house clean and you are personally responsible
for washing, drying, and putting away your own dishes.
• The house is calm, and everyone helps each other out whenever possible.
• We are just looking for someone who is chill, is clean and sober. Who goes to AA/NA meetings regularly, and has a steady income.
Landlord:
• Lives down the street and is heavily involved in her church so she occasionally brings by
food from her church and food distribution activities.
Rent and Contact:
• Rent is due on the first of every month.
