📋 JOB SUMMARY
ISC Group is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Operations & Sales Support Administrator to provide essential cross-functional assistance across our Sales, Accounting, and Shipping/Receiving departments. This role is critical for supporting existing staff during peak workloads, relieving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth processes as the company continues to expand.
This position acts as a crucial support and backup function; it is not intended to replace daily departmental roles but to provide essential operational stability and administrative support.

✅ PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Accounting, and Shipping departments as needed. Duties include:
Sales & Order Processing Support:
• Support Outside Sales by generating quotes and maintaining the quote log.
• Support Inside Sales with contract entry, maintenance, and documentation.
• Enter and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Generate and process Invoices.
Accounting & Data Management Support:
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry.
• Perform system-based receiving transactions (Shipping/Receiving).
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity, primarily in Microsoft Great Plains.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Ensure overall data accuracy and actively contribute to process improvement.
General Operations Support:
• Process and ready boxes for shipment/receipt from carriers (Shipping and Receiving).
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

🔎 QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience: Prior experience (or strong familiarity) with quoting, contracts, purchasing, invoicing, and/or accounting support.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to work across and support multiple departments effectively.
• Detail Orientation: Strong, demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Skills: Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferred Software: Direct experience with Microsoft Great Plains is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Logistics: Reliable transportation is required.
• Education (A Plus): An Associate degree in accounting or business is a plus.
