Lloyd Pest Control is currently looking for a Bookkeeper/Payroll processor to perform the following duties:
-Record and track GL, Fixed Assets, Inventory accounting and revenue recognition.
-Process bi-monthly payroll via ADP and all related duties.
-Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
-Assist with the research of technical accounting issues for compliance.
-Support month-end and year-end closing process.
-Comply with local, state and federal governmental reporting requirements and tax filings.
-Assist Accounting department with Accounts Receivables, Payables and Collections as needed.
We are looking for someone who has experience as a Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant. Must have payroll processing experience, specifically with ADP Workforce Now. Should have 5+ year experience in an accounting related field. A thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, financial statements, and general ledger. Must have advanced Excel experience along with AccPac accounting software. Must have excellent time management, and communication skills along with the ability to work well with a team during and tight deadlines. This position has access to highly confidential information, so candidate must be discrete in all business matters.
