CSL Distribution is a growing distribution company seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Personnel to join our team.
Hours will be part time, 20 hours a week, two days in office, three days work from home.
Responsibilities
Install and maintain CRM/ERP software to organize customers with correct date and reports for Sales Reps.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, daily reports, balance sheet
• Control Cash vs Sales vs Inventory , apply internal controls
• Record and reconcile financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and statements.
• Support payroll processing and employee expense reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
2-3 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, CRM, ERP systems)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
