A rapidly growing commercial real estate asset and property management company is looking for a part-time Real Estate Accounting Clerk. We are located in the Sabre Springs area of San Diego, conveniently located at the 15 and 56. Our boutique firm has a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere that values quality of life and a proper work-life balance.
Must be detail oriented, well organized, and computer savvy with a "get it done" attitude. At least 2-3 years' experience required. The position will start with 20-25 hours of work per week with flex scheduling and telecommuting available.
This position will expose you to all facets of commercial real estate accounting including A/R, A/P, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting and trust account banking. There will also be exposure to commercial property management and the position will have some administration and clerical responsibilities. There will be opportunities for advancement and must be able to obtain a California Bureau of Real Estate license.
