We are having an open casting call this saturday 11/14 at 3:30pm at Palomar college for a 10 minute student film. The film will be shot this sunday and monday night from 10pm till 3 or 4am. We are filming inside a sports bar that closes at 10pm and we have to wait till they are closed before we can set up and film. So if you come for the casting call and are chosen, you need to be available this sunday and monday night as well. The film is a comedy spoofing "The Office" with Jesus Christ portraying the Steve Carell character on the show. We are meeting on campus of Palomar college at 3:30pm in front of the cafeteria. If you can make it, park in the front entrance parking lot (lots 1 and 2) and walk towards the giant flag pole. We will be right next to it. Can't miss it. Just bring your humor and be familiar with the NBC show "The Office." Because it is a student based film, we can't offer pay except for food, snacks, drinks, copy of finished film, and your name in the credits. Not to mention new friends to network with! Hello everyone! Im the director for a short student film we are doing for a college class at Palomar college. It is gonna be a comedy filmed and edited just like the popular NBC show "The Office." Only this film takes place inside a deli/sports bar and our main character is Jesus Christ who will be the Steve Carell type of character for this film. The deli closes at 10pm so we can only start filming after 10pm this sunday and monday night. The story tagline is basically Jesus is tired of the whole "Jewish Carpenter" stereotype and decides to come to earth to work with his people. He goes for an interview and lands a job at this deli. Jesus tries his miracles on people to get them to be impressed by him, but everything eventually back fires sort of like on the show "The Office" with the "Michael" character. It is extremely important that if you are interested, you can dedicate to be on set both this sunday and monday night from 10pm till roughly 3 or 4am BOTH NIGHTS! This will be edited to represent one evening, so it's critical for continuity reasons to have you there both nights.

If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of, we are having an open casting call this saturday on campus. Come to Palomar college, park in the front entrance parking lot which is Lot #1 and Lot #2, and look for the giant flag pole. We are all meeting in front of the school's cafeteria which is next to the flag pole. Bring nothing but your sense of humor! We are looking to make a great, funny movie and have fun and make friends. We are a group of students from SDSU who are making a short film called �Social Studies.� It is a story about two young classmates, Annie and Tommy. Annie helps Tommy learn a lesson about how you treat people, and the importance of kindness. This is a fun and playful film embodying the lively qualities of childhood coupled with the life lessons encountered on the playground.

This film requires several extras to be classmates. We are looking for students who have the ability to commit the time during shooting and have an interest in acting. Forged Clothing is looking for several female models for 2 photoshoots this weekend. Both shoots will include a professional photographer and make-up artist.

The Saturday (Nov. 14) shoot is set in Mission Bay (San Diego) and will have a rock-n-roll lifestyle theme, i.e. exotic cars, fashion clothing, guitars, etc. For this shoot you will need to bring shoes (heels or boots), "backstage pass" attire, and have base make-up applied prior to shoot. This music is not a normal band. All parts are composed and orchestrated before hand and must be tight and locked with the rest of the players. It�s not a �jam� band. Practicing on your own is KEY to being solid and tight with the rest of the players. All of this does not mean you will not write with us. We just do not Jam. We compose beforehand then learn and play the material together and make changes live.

We are looking for a guitarist who plays in the style of more classically composed music with a hard edge and more on the progressive side. Ex. Steve Howe of �Yes�, Brian May of �Queen�, Mikael �kerfeldt of �Opeth��

1. Have to learn all pre written parts for all pre existing songs. Helps if you can read tabs and are a quick learner.

2. Must have effects or willing to purchase certain effects pedals. (ex. - Delay, Reverb, Octave...)

3. Must be solid and good with rhythm; yet fast and accurate with riffs, solos, and timing.

4. We are looking for a permanent member to the band. After all pre written material is learned, writing and collaborating of new material WILL happen and is encouraged.

5. Willing to travel for gigs and must be available on a consistent basis for practice and composing.

We are currently finishing writing a new album of 14 or so songs. Changes to guitar parts are still up in the air. So there will be some creative freedom and collaboration once brought up to speed.

Local Arstist/Producer with home studio seeking a DJ who is into Hip-Hop/Reggaeton Music. I've been in the music business for about 5 years doing underground work but now my careers is picking up and I started performing in the local latin club scene in San Diego.
