I just finished building an amazing cabin located in Northern AZ on the rim just 2.5 hour drive from Phx, and at a cool 7200 ft elevation. In the winter it has beautiful snow falls, and in the summer it is a full 30 degrees cooler than the valley.

It is 4 bedrooms 2 bath 2400 sqft cabin. The cabin features chalet floor to ceiling windows, Stone fireplaces (2), Hickory cabinets, rustic maple floors, travertine bathrooms with stone sinks and custom faucets, large stone/granite/log Island, log railings along stairway and loft, master Jacuzzi bathtub, tile showers. There are 3 large walkout decks to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The furniture has a rustic theme with 3 queen size log beds, and 2 pine twin beds. Although it is rustic looking, it has all the modern feels of home with GE profile appliances in the kitchen and Neptune washer and dryer. I even have a gas grill if you like cooking outside. The cabin also has central heat and custom fans throughout for comfort year round.

There are plenty of outdoor activities close by with many hiking trails, and several trout filled urban lakes within a few miles. I can provide a canoe but you must have a way to transport it. The community is a gated community so there will be very little traffic around the cabin. It is located on 1.3 acres and has some very mature ponderosa pines on the property and plenty of wildlife to see including Elk who regularly visit the community.

Rent is $175 a day Nov - May and $200 a day Jun-Oct and $250 on Holidays. I require a negotiable $75 cleaning fee (nothing if you clean it and wash sheets). To schedule dates or if you have any questions, contact Jim at 602-469-6075
