Its a Kingston 2GB DDR2, PC2-5300, 667MHz. It's worth $200 bucks and im selling it for 150. It works great if you want a faster comp. I was using it for my Toshiba lab top but I exchanged my labtop for a pc at best buy, so now i have 2GB that isnt compatable with my comp. First person to e-mail me and have the money up front gets it.
