AQUA ZONE is a premier swim product brand that distributes to customers in the U.S. & Mexico.
We are looking for a team player to assist the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Vice President of Sales & Owner
Maintain inventory control & cleanliness
Oversee purchasing, receiving & shipping procedures
Contact with customers to ensure accurate & timely delivery
Process data entry for purchase orders, shipments & deliveries
Some travel may be required to attend trade shows or swimming events
Skills:
Professional & Reliable
Detail oriented & Organized
Self motivated & able to work without supervision
Great customer service & communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word,excel,Outlook)
Website Sales & uploading photos
Bilingual English & Spanish a plus
Swimming experience is preferred!
At least 2 years of warehouse / inventory experience is required. Great customer service and excellent comnunication via email & phone.
