The Regional Vice President of the worlds largest direct selling telecommunications company is looking to rapidly expand the San Diego division to facilitate the growth into new markets for 2010 and take advantage of the downturn in the economy
Management, recruiting and training experience is definitely a plus, however, we are more interested in hungry, self motivated individuals who have the mental toughness and drive to succeed. He wants positive and forward thinking candidates that are willing to adopt the aggressive but highly proven marketing system.
Earnings are 100% performance based with an unlimited earning potential. Top producers earn over $10,000+ month in their first 12 months. We are only looking for those individuals with a need for earning this amount of money (and more) within 6 months.
In order to prepare you for this challenging and exciting position, you will take part in our comprehensive 3 day training (Dec 4-6) program along with extensive ongoing daily training/motivational sessions, international training, which focuses on product knowledge, creating urgency and closing techniques and increase your presentations.
Basic core competencies / Skills:
Excellent verbal communications skills

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
College educated a plus (not necessary)
