I would like to thank you for taking the time to inquire about our community. Our resort like living property borders a lagoon, a wildlife preserve and the Pacific Ocean. Lush grounds surround your comfortable town home, which is cooled by a continuous ocean breeze. You are minutes away from recreation, church, schools, shopping and freeways and just two blocks form the beach!

The property community offers two swimming pools, covered carports with storage, four state of the art Smart Card laundry facilities, and a fitness center.

Our 2 bedroom units are two story, 1010 square feet, and offer modern appliances, private patios with storage, decorator carpets and vertical blinds, gas forced air heating and cooking, and digital services available. Our 3 bedroom units are 1300 square feet, and offer the same amenities as the 2 bedroom.

Our current rate for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath is currently $1315 month without washer dryer hook ups. With hook ups, it rents for $1370 per month. Our current rate for a 3 bedroom is $1550 without hook ups. With hook ups, our 3 bedroom town home rents for $1610 per month. We are currently offering 8 & 12 month leases; however our pricing and lease terms are subject to change based on our availability. Please also note that our rental rates do not include any utilities as our residents are responsible for their own and are billed accordingly. Our deposit on the 2 bedrooms currently is $300, and $400 for a 3 bedroom and that is subject to credit approval.

We do accept cats and dogs at our community. They must be less than 25 lbs, current on all shots, be licensed, and spayed or neutered. We do require an additional deposit of $600. There is also additional monthly pet rent of $30 for one pet and $50 for two.

We currently do have 2 bedrooms yet available and typically will know about 30 days beforehand as our residents are required to give a 30 day notice, so please feel free to contact us prior to the time you need it to check back on availability.
