Warm leads are provided from individuals that have requested information regarding health insurance coverage through quality, search generated leads. These individuals are actively searching on the internet and filling out a form requesting a quote. After hitting "submit", the information is posted on our sales agents' computer screen in real time.
This is a solid career position with real earning potential. We have multiple agents that are making between $6,000 and $9,000 per month and above. These are legitimate numbers and not your typical Craigslist "make 10K in a week" position. Enjoy working in a casual office environment located one block from the beach in beautiful La Jolla. • Leveraging automation tools and complex software applications to manage learner / customer data.
• Committing to continuous training and development to become experts on a dynamic, evolving product offering (typically one to two of our degree programs). Establishing credibility is essential and Enrollment Advisors are responsible for utilizing extensive product knowledge.
• Team participation: While held accountable to individual goals, Enrollment Advisors are expected to operate as a team, dedicated to meeting customer expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sell Kontron products and integration services to customer base via telephone and email.

2. Coordinate activities with field sales and product management to manage the region most effectively and meet sales objectives (design wins and quotas)

3. Provide quotations and follow-up with customers
4. Field a higher percentage of incoming customer calls from region

5. Maintain sales rates and margins

6. Timely follow up on all quotes and leads

7. Provide accurate and timely product forecasting for all accounts,

Description Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for business generation, sales estimation, prepares both labor and materials cost estimates for all electrical jobs, Industrial and commercial bid requests.. This would include meeting with current clients, referrals, and constantly searching for bidding opportunities. Other important tasks include plan reviews, job walks, and job costing. The ability to interact with contractors, governmental agencies, purchasing agents, and end users is imperative. Familiarity with stand-by power systems, electrical and building codes, and products is a must. The knowledge of multiple suppliers and the ability to negotiate with them is critical in keeping our material costs as low as possible. You must be able to accurately and efficiently calculate the number of hours necessary to complete the entire job. Provide accurate and timely estimates.

Minimum of 5 years commercial estimating and sales experience. Strong practical electrical knowledge of industrial and commercial construction. Adept in reading blue prints. Strong experience with Excel spreadsheets; proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
