Where are all you outdoorsy types? I know you're out there somewhere, so please respond to my profile! I was raised by the ocean, so I love sailing and even walking along the beach at sunset. Also love the local lakes too (anyone want to teach me how to kayak?). Water cleanses my soul! Used to lake fish; but need a patient guy to help me hone my skills. I love to travel too. So this week I have done a great deal of thinking...yea I know what your thinkjng...a woman thinking?! What has she come up with now?! haha. I have no idea how to write about myself on the Internet. I've tried several dating sites and I always get stuck. I've tried...twice. I've wanted to be a writer all my life and I, fortunately, have the opportunity to do so professionally. There's not enough snarky banter in the world.

To unwind I like to have drinks at Porters on Gilman Dr.. I like probing questions. I think Dusty Springfield and Led Zeppelin are way overrated, I hate that Hollywood doesn't make movies like Aliens and The Wrestler anymore, and I love pyrotechnics. And recently I've gotten into bird watching. More than anything, I want to be inspired...

As I sit here and think about being able to define the complex character of the person I am seeking, it becomes a complicated task. Eventually, I turn to myself in hopes that I can abbreviate who I am. Am I that simply defined? "Probably not' is what I come up with. We've all been attracted to the wrong people and surprised by some in our life. I therefore sit here and struggle with this task in front of me. If you are a Rooney fan then you know they only go on tour once in a blue moon, when pigs fly and the Earth is tilted at a very specific angle in alignment with the stars. I will, from now on, resist any urge to use the phrase, "women like me." Because hell if I care if other women like me exist, I'm sure they do, but this isn't about them.
