The condo is located in the Solana Beach and Tennis Club which is located on the bluffs above the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The complex is gated and has over 100 villas.
The Living Room features a fireplace, Sofa sleeper (Queen), 4 lounge chairs, 2 coffee tables, slider out to balcony.
The fully equipped Kitchen and Dining Room features a large butch-block table with high back rattan chairs, granite counters, microwave, dishwasher, oven which is self-cleaning, dishes and good assortment of cookware.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, 2 chairs, and a large dresser, TV, VCR, High ceiling, Ceiling fan, Slider out to balcony and lots of closet space. An adjoining en-suite bath has a tub, toilet, and vanity.
