The hours are on as need basis so this is only fill-in work.
For houses in Poway, Penasquitos, Mira Mesa
Mission Valley, and El Cajon;
Will have flexibility of scheduling own hours.
Chores: painting, simple plumbing & electrical and carpentry, must be have experience in the field of handy person duties, ie. painting, cleaning, wall repair, lock replacement, window cleaning, minor plumbing, minor electrical, landscape cleaning, hauling, trash pick up.
Be polite and NEAT – especially in cleanup.You must be honest, presentable, efficient, work well with others and alone. Must be able to provide Excellent customer service and pay close attention to detail. Be efficient with email, texting, filing, minor data entry in to computers.
Speak English; References needed and pass background check.
Must have dependable truck and own tools.Keep an accurate accounting for material and time per job. Drive to and from the various properties around San Diego.
Live in Poway or close-by.
