Experienced Tradesman / Building Maintenance Tech
General Building Contractor seeking an individual with experience in multiple construction trades including but not limited to: carpentry (rough and finish), stucco, flashing, drywall, wall finishes, painting, concrete, minor electrical and plumbing, welding, appliance replacement and tile. Repair, refurbishment, and new construction work will be performed at commercial and residential locations. Must have own tools and truck with rack or equivalent, otherwise do not apply.
Requirements:
* Must have own tools and truck with rack or equivalent.
* Experience in multiple trades listed above.
* Able to work heights, periodically, some work is up to three stories in height off scaffolding.
* Completes work orders for corrective repair & maintenance work on a variety of building physical structures.
* Compiles material list for ordering the necessary materials in order to complete all necessary repairs & maintenance. Finalize the work order by completing the necessary paperwork, time sheet, and material receipts.
* Can demonstrate ability to follow directions, work proactively and independently with little to no direct supervision, and is a team player.
* Can perform work based on dispatched service or daily/weekly work schedules.
* Valid California drivers license and vehicle insurance required.
* Documentation verifying eligibility to work in the United States.
* Bilingual a plus but not required.
* Submit to a drug test.
